Who runs this site
Same Day Leak Detection is a specialist service of ADI Leak Detection, a trading name of ADI Leak Solutions Ltd, company no. 15870765, registered at Unit L, BPI House, Cores End Road, Bourne End SL8 5AS.
What “Same Day” means here
The name refers to the visit, not to the booking. Our engineers are assigned one property per working day, and on the day we attend we aim to locate the leak and, where the repair is straightforward, to complete it before the engineer leaves.
It is not an offer to attend on the day you contact us. Engineer days are booked in advance and availability is limited. Attendance on the day of enquiry is occasionally possible, where an engineer is unbooked or completes an earlier job, but it is the exception and is never guaranteed. The date of your visit is agreed on the telephone before any work is booked, and nothing on this website constitutes an offer or a guarantee of attendance within any particular period.
Roof and drainage repairs normally require a further appointment or a specialist contractor. Where a repair cannot be completed on the visit we will say so during the visit.
No find, no fee
No find, no fee applies only to qualifying investigations, and the qualifying conditions are set out in the booking terms provided before work begins. They cover a single leak at one property, losing at least half a litre of water per minute, on hot or cold feed plumbing, and on water mains up to thirty metres. They do not cover central heating, structural or swimming pool investigations. Ask on the call whether your job qualifies.
